The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Administrator to join a successful & expanding organisation. Due to continued planned growth we now require an experienced Business Support Administrator to join the management team.
Duties will include:
Sales Order Processing
Sales Invoicing
Credit control
Purchase Invoicing
Supplier payments
Customer payments and Banking
Compliance
Hours for payroll
Works Order Processing
Electronic filing
Reception and Telephone duties
The Person
You should be an intelligent and dynamic individual who wants to develop their career further within a progressive organisation.
• Exceptional administrator
• Great MS Office Skills - Word/Excel/Power-point/Teams
• Excellent team player and motivator
• Confident and Assertive, with "Can Do" attitude
• Resourceful, well organized and highly dependable
The Package
Salary - £25 – 28k
39 hours per week (Would consider 30hrs part time for the right person)
33 days paid holiday (Bank holidays included)
Company sick pay
Company pension scheme – Currently 5% of salary
Death in Service scheme (4x salary)
