Working Hours / Days 

• Days: 31st July - 1st August & 31st August - 3rd September
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (6.5 hours per day)

Pay Rate

• Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Job Summary

Multitrades Recruitment is seeking diligent and reliable Cleaners to join our team for temporary positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring university accommodation is clean, tidy, and ready for incoming students.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize student rooms, common areas, and bathrooms.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
• Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of rubbish.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and other consumables.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, particularly in accommodation or hospitality settings, is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
