Property Inspections Coordinator Key Duties

• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to arrange access
• Excellent phone manner
• Ability to manage multiple diaries
• Maximise efficiency for individual PI diaries, i.e. minimising travel time
• Strong rapport building skills
• Monitoring customer feedback
• Communicate any logistical or property specific issues promptly to the customer

Property Inspections Coordinator Package:

Up to £30,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 9am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
