- Basic Salary: £36,000 + bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (No weekend work)
- Holidays: 22 days holiday + bank holidays

- Maintenance and Repairs: Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Efficiency and Effectiveness: As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic, you will carry out all work completely and effectively.
- Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle issues.
- Technical Skills: Apply technical knowledge to solve mechanical and electrical problems.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining vehicle issues and repairs to customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while working on vehicles.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
- Qualifications: Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience working in a dealership as a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic (or similar).
- Driving License: Must have a valid driving license.
- MOT License: Preferred but not essential.
- Workshop Experience: Preferred previous Workshop Controller/Management experience.
