Job Purpose
Your role will be to nurture and develop the UK and Ireland Sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet our strategic business goals. You will also oversee the management and sales growth of distributors operating in the UK&I.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively engage, develop & nurture the sales team
- Roll-out segment sales programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to execute sales plans/strategies & deliver against desired service levels.
- Provide business performance reporting.
- Identifying business growth opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement across the organization to generate value to customers.
- Ensure resources are managed efficiently.
- Onboard new customers.
Job Requirements
- Background in sales management.
- Team management experience
- Experience in an industrial organisation such as paints or chemicals is advantageous
- B2B sales experience.
- Able to design & execute strategic customer plans.
- Full driving licence.
