Caretaker | Saltney | 37.5 hours per week | 5 on, 3 off rolling shift pattern - 4 x 06.55am — 15.55pm and 1 x 11.00am — 20.00pm | £23,250.64 — £26,047.44

For over 55 years, our client has provided safe, quality accommodation, along with first class support services to the most vulnerable members of society.

They provide person centred, supported housing across Wirral, Cheshire and Warrington, with a focus on specialist support services to people aged 18 years and over who are at risk of, about to become, or are homeless, and 16 to 21 year old care leavers.

You will provide a safe and effective response to the needs of residents and ensure that an excellent quality of accommodation and service is provided at all times.

What will your role look like?

Your key tasks will be:

• To ensure excellent standards of accommodation are maintained
• To provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, colleagues and buildings
• To undertake high quality Housing Management functions
• Collaborative Working: To ensure effective collaboration, underpinned by a clear focus on meeting the needs of individuals, taking an outcome focused approach, utilising relevant systems and clear lines of communication, and a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities

What can you expect in return?

• The pension scheme for new staff will be based on a defined employer contribution of 3% and employee contribution of 5% (minimum)
