About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our clients team for an exciting restoration project. This role involves working on a historic school's assembly hall and chimney stacks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preserving the architectural heritage of this significant building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bricklaying tasks on the assembly hall and chimney stacks.
• Work with traditional and modern bricklaying techniques to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate with the restoration team to follow project plans and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer, particularly in restoration or heritage projects.
• Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Valid CSCS card (or equivalent certification).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
