Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) - Join Our Vibrant Nursery Team!

Are you a fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a minimum Level 3 qualification? Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds and making a difference in early childhood education? If so, we want you to join our our clients large nursery group based in Headingley, Leeds!

Position: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Headingley, Leeds
Working Hours: 4 or 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe and assess children's development, providing tailored support where needed
  • Promote and support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Work collaboratively with a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Passionate about working with young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Committed to providing high-quality childcare and education
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative approach to early years education
