Overview of the role
The jobholder has the responsibility for Stevenage and Portsmouth Site Space Management

Responsibilities
* In conjunction with the Business Partner accountable for the Site Master Planning development including the delivery plan for Space Management Operating strategically with the Business Partner.
* Support in the development & delivery of harmonized standards for compliance with EN Standards inclusive of Office Space Management KPI's, Building and Site, Office and Technical Standards.
* Key interface for Space management across Stevenage & Portsmouth sites ensuring a productive, integrated and positive relationship.
* Accountable for the service delivery of space moves across the Stevenage & Portsmouth sites. Key interface with Service & furniture providers to ensure the plan is enacted to Time, Cost and Quality
* Support other sites with specific project requests providing project and planning expertise o
* Support Stevenage/Portsmouth Space Management Budget Control
* Responsibility to ensure any delegated budget is controlled within set target
* Management of Procuring Services to Deliver Space Management Agreed Activities
* Supporting the Business Partner with the applicable spend reporting of associated space budget.
* Ensuring where applicable the associated functions provide the necessary budget to achieve their intent.
* Development and Delivery of Site Move Master Planning following regular engagement with key stakeholders and the Business Partner and therefore supporting the development of Clients General Zoning and Site Master Plan for the Portsmouth/Stevenage site.
* Management and Delivery of Office Accommodation Relocations for the Stevenage & Portsmouth site - Coordinating and supervising the relocation of Office Staff, Furniture and Computer Hardware. Maintaining communications with Client's Key Shareholders to establish requirements that must align with Site Master Plans and Site Standards;
* Managing the Office Space Management Database, Drawings & Space Allocation AutoCAD, EN Standards for Stevenage & Portsmouth. Support the security of the AutoCAD Master Drawing Database, following Project the handover of documentation by Airbus Land & Buildings Project Teams, Technical Services / Infrastructure Engineers and External Suppliers
* Management and Delivery of Conference Room & Meeting Room standardisation & support in way of standard layouts and furniture. Challenge private rooms in UK, Hold Stakeholder reviews, manage meeting room surveys & review outcomes
* Management and Delivery of Space Management Budget Allocation approved by Site Manager inclusive of Annual Budget Forecasting, Bottom up analysis of Space Management Activity spend, Monthly Tracking of Spend, Commitment and Budget Comparisons validated by Finance.
* Supporting referenced Space Management Office Master Drawings and Database to provide real-time information on the Space Management solutions to other members of the team and also the business as a whole, whilst maintaining the accuracy of the information held enabling the future Maintenance and Development of the Stevenage& Portsmouth sites and General Infrastructure.
* Harmonized Transnational Space Management legislative compliant solutions that meet the Business current and future demand for Stevenage & Portsmouth Sites.
* Operational requirements and providing flexibility for reactive and unplanned business requests e.g. New Plateaus. Delivering Space Management planned Budget performance validated by the Site Manager
* Site Move Master Planning solutions following engagement with Stevenage & Portsmouth Site Manager Plant and other support Functions to meet the operational requirements ensuring this is delivered within the financial budget targets approved by the Business

Essential
* Previous experience and an understanding of Site Space management
* Facilities Management
