• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes in the manufacturing setting for a specified OEM client.
• Identify potential areas of improvement in product quality and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular product and process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to enhance product integrity.
• Handle customer complaints regarding product quality and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
• Assist in training staff on quality assurance procedures and standards.

Profile

The successful Quality Engineer will have:

• Previously worked in a similar role with an OEM.
• Proficiency in quality assurance processes and standards in the automotive manufacturing sector.
