We are working with a Global Manufacturing business that specializes in high-quality precision engineering based in Shipley. Our client has an outstanding reputation for innovative technologies and delivering first-class quality assemblies and critical components.
Due to growth and increased orders, our client is looking to recruit Grinding Technician to join their existing teams on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the job:
- Working form drawing and instructions
- Grinding using a Jones & Shipman machine
- Working to tolerances of 10 microns
- Quality checking
- Packing
About you:
- Ability to work from instructions and drawings
- Experience in grinding components
- Ability to work to a tolerance of 10 microns
- A good eye for detail and the ability to QC your work
- Previous experience working on a Jones & Shipman Ultramat 1000 CNC machine would be a distinct advantage.
