We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated team, based at our offices in Coleshill, but with some occasional travel to other sites. It’s a varied role and you’ll be both client-facing and be supporting your IT colleagues as well.

You will be dealing with client IT tasks, including supplying, configuring and maintaining PCs, servers and network hardware. You’ll also assist with remote access to Building Management Systems and client IT networks, diagnose and resolve hardware & software faults, and provide technical support to colleagues across the UK and Scandinavia through activity on our Helpdesk.

If you:

· have 3 years’ experience in an IT Support role;

· hold an essential CompTIA Certification or equivalent;

· are proficient with Microsoft and practice management applications;

· can diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently;

· have strong communication and time management skills;
