We are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive to work for a very successful group of companies based in Romsey. This is a new role that requires someone to work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the company’s overall growth.  This is a really exciting time as they have launched a new division so it will be a great opportunity for the right person to drive market growth in an innovative way. Previous experience in a B2B Marketing role is essential.

The role:

This is a 360 degree marketing role where you will be supporting the Marketing Manager to execute the group’s global marketing by managing the marketing strategy. You'll have the opportunity to work on a global scale providing an excellent platform to refine your marketing skills, gain insight into international markets and contribute to the growth of the company's presence in these regions.  You will be required to produce a range of quality marketing material as well as fostering innovation to explore new markets as well as strategic plans.

The ideal candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a marketing degree with some commercial B2B marketing experience. Excellent copywriting skills are a must as well as an in depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices.  You must be an excellent communicator with a confident and organised approach.
