My client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Professional. Based within their expanding offices in Chester this is a fabulous opportunity for a candidate to join an organisation and really add value..

Ideally we are looking for a CIPD Level 5 candidate for this role who has a desire to work as part of a great team.

Working within the Employee Relations side of HR , this role is truly all about people.

You will work with managers to advise on processes and procedures and also support them through any questions they may have.

Leading and engaging in any returns to works, disciplinary processes as well as all aspects of the human element of people...

Identifying one size doesn't always fit all and engaging with the stakeholders and managers to ensure relevant feedback and suggestions are given.
