6 Month contract - 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday & 07:30 to 15:00 on Friday - 43 hrs

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pipe fitter - commercial plumbing and heating, to join the mechanical engineering division, supporting a major new build hospital project in Liverpool, L3 5QA.

Duties

As a time served pipe fitter with experience of working within hospitals, schools and office buildings you will be based on site at a new build hospital project in Merseyside, Liverpool l3 5QA. Primary responsibilities will be to install building services pipework according to the specification, engineering drawings and programme of works as outlined by the project team. Specific duties will be to install 1st fix 108mm, 28mm, 22mm and 15mm stainless steel, mapress pipework to screwed steel drops along with the associated supports, brackets and metalwork. There will also be plastic and copper services as the job progresses.

About You

Based ideally in Liverpool you will need to live within a short commutable distance of L3 5QA.

Demonstrable experience of commercial pipe fitting within high value hospital, school or office build projects is essential for this position.

Minimum Qualifications: JIB/CSCS Pipe fitter card with site safety plus 1 day H&S course.
