The Client:

Our client is a leading Healthcare Company, serving diverse sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and the emergency services.

The Role:

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and OH advice requests.

Duties:

• Conducting Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry, and Fitness for Work assessments.
• Delivering health education and promotion to clients.
• Managing cases both over the phone and in person, and producing high-quality management advice reports.
• Providing clinical supervision and support to less experienced team members.
• Empowering Occupational Health Nurse Advisors to expand their clinical activities by ensuring they receive appropriate training and updates, and monitoring relevant training programs.
• Assisting the Occupational Health Manager in advising, monitoring, and assessing the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
• Possess relevant qualification and experience.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
