Our client a well-respected, award-winning estate agency is actively seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to join our client's close-knit team in Chelmsford.
If you have 3 years of experience in Lettings looking to step up then this could be the right opportunity for you!
Working hours:
- As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you’ll be required to work Full-Time
- 5 day working week
The successful Assistant Lettings Manager will be offered:
- Up to £21,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
- Up to £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- Company car or car allowance

- Ongoing training and support
To be considered for the Assistant Lettings Manager role you must have:
- Full UK Driving License
- At least 3 years lettings experience.
- ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential)
- Results-driven with a strong track record
- Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets.
- Able to bring new customers into the business.
- Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements
As an Assistant Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
- Letting business generation
- Working with the Lettings Manager to increase to office performance
- Help Manage the office and team to a very high standard
- Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
- Developing and maintaining a lettings business, maximising income and profit from a range and products and services
- Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
