• Salary: Up to £14.50p/h (dependent on experience)
• Term: Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
Actio Recruitment is seeking a skilled Rework Technician for our electronics client based in Newbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for reworking and repairing electronic assemblies, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rework and repair electronic assemblies to specification.
• Conduct detailed inspections and quality checks.
• Utilise various tools and equipment for rework processes.
• Maintain accurate records of rework activities.
Skills:
• Proven experience in electronic rework and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and soldering techniques – including BGA rework.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
