We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic Procurement team. You'll be responsible for assisting all Procurement related tasks. You'll maintain accurate procurement records, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You'll need to bring your A game and have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies. 3 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
As the Procurement Administrator, you’ll play an instrumental role in supporting our procurement team which is going from strength to strength. You'll maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, order forms and insurance. You'll ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. You'll communicate with existing suppliers to ensure our records are up to date. You'll manage and prioritise tactical procurement requests and ensure end-to-end completion. What do you need to succeed?

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (preferred).
- Previous experience in procurement or administration would be a bonus!
