Job Title: Service Manager - Combustion Division

An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing HVAC service provider has arisen to lead their commercial gas division. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and profitable delivery of gas system services, while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Salary / Package:
Basic Salary: up to £70,000 per year

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (Hybrid role)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the entire Combustion Division, focusing on Gas Safe and commercial gas systems. Ensure seamless project execution and prioritize safety at all levels.
  
• Collaborate with sales and engineers to generate accurate, timely quotes for remedial gas system work. Analyze customer needs and deliver cost-effective solutions that prioritize quality.
  
• Provide expert support and guidance to engineering teams. Troubleshoot complex issues and champion best practices within the combustion field. Stay ahead of the curve by embracing industry advancements and emerging technologies.
  
• Develop, implement, and enforce robust health and safety protocols for the division. Conduct regular training sessions and foster a strong safety culture.
  
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing inquiries and exceeding expectations. Become the trusted point of contact for the Combustion Division.
  
• Lead, motivate, and empower a team of technicians and engineers. Deliver regular training to enhance skills and ensure adherence to high standards.
  
• Maintain meticulous service records, including quotes, project documentation, and client interactions. Generate insightful reports to track the performance and efficiency of the Combustion Division.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned manager with a proven track record in the service industry, ideally with a focus on combustion systems.
• A Gas Safe expert with in-depth knowledge of commercial gas systems. (A Must)
