Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Vending Service Assistant to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Coventry.

As a Vending Services Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our vending machines and coffee service points are fully stocked and operational. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish vending machines and coffee service points with snacks, drinks, and other items daily.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure machines are clean and functioning correctly.
  • Collect and report machine earnings and stock levels.
  • Assist in the restaurant area with general catering duties as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and feedback promptly.
  • Work closely with the catering team to support various tasks and ensure seamless service delivery.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be physically fit to handle stock replenishment tasks.
