Labourer Team Leader

IMH Recruitment are currently looking for a Fencing Team Leader and Landscaping Team Leader for our client in Dinnington.
Fencing Team Leader:
For this role you will need to have a valid CSCS card and have previously worked with timber posts, concrete post and panel fencing. You will also need to have had team leader or management experience within the trade. You will ideally a Full UK Driving Licence.
Landscaping Team Leader:
This is to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. For this role you will need to have a valid CSCS card and ideally a Full UK Driving Licence. You will also need to have had team leader or management experience within the trade.
Requirements needed for both roles:
- Enthusiastic and hardworking.
- Full Driving licence with no more than 3 points.
- Experience working with fencing or landscaping.
- CSCS Card.
- Team leader or management experience within the trade.
- Ability to manage workloads and team members.
- Health and Safety aware
- Experience with Nail Guns and other hand tools.
- Reliable.
Benefits:
Permanent role
Lots of hours, 40-45 hours per week.
£14.35 per hour
Chance to earn bonus after 12 weeks.
