Building Services Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Project Manager for our Client; a Major Specialist Construction Main Contractor.
The position involves overseeing an extensive series of refurbishment and new-build projects at London City airport, with additional professional input on other Airport work. This is a Permanent Staff Position. You will be the lead Manager of the M&E team on site, for the Tier 1 contractor.
Our client is looking for someone with a stable career history who has Overseen £multi-million Mechanical and Electrical Installation Projects on Airports.
This is a security cleared role and you will need to have a traceable career history.
This particular client value their staff and look after them extremely well. The environment is modern and professional and as Clients representative on site you will be a key person within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Building Services Manager with Airport Project experience who can take the lead M&E Building Services role on interesting aviation related Projects.
