Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council.
Contract Details:
Location: Hinckley, Bosworth & Leicester
Contract: Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
Rates:
- £23.80 per landlord gas safety check
- £23.80 per completed repair (parts fitted excluding the below)
- £8.50 per gasket
- £3.40 per smoke alarm/CO2

Requirements:
- 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
- ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
- Side Van (plain or sign written)
- Gas Safe Registration
- Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
- £2m Public Liability Insurance
- No unspent criminal convictions
