Installation and Service Engineer – The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Installation and Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing electronic security systems, primarily focusing on CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging role within a secure and stable company. Progressive training and development will be provided. We value relevant experience, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.

As part of your responsibilities, you will travel to customer sites primarily in the North West of England down to Staffordshire and occasionally beyond, equipped with a work van, phone, and necessary tools. Additionally, you will participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis.

Installation and Service Engineer – Key Responsibilities:

- Installation/service of electronic security systems. Primarily CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems

- Planned and corrective maintenance of electronic security systems

- Working on Access Control, CCTV, Intruder and Fire alarm systems

- Provide technical support to customers as needed

- Keep accurate records of all work completed

- Access Control: ACT, Paxton

- Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Scantronic, Texecom, Dualcom, Redcare

- CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua

- Engineers are required to carry out ‘on-call’ duties on a roster basis

Installation and Service Engineer – You:

Essential:

- Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in the above disciplines

- Strong knowledge and skills with electrical installation

- Happy to work as part of a small team

- Must have full UK driving licence

- Possess a reliable track record within the security industry
