Salary: OTE (uncapped) £42,000 per annum
Hours: 44.25 hours per week Monday to Sunday

What you’ll be doing:
- Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
- Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
- Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
- Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
- Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times
What we need from you:
- A full manual driving licence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs
- You will be motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to your ongoing training and development
- Be computer literate, including MS packages
- Smart appearance, friendly and approachable
