Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Team: Lead a team of 5.
Set Sales Targets: Create and track targets.
Technical Support: Answer technical and installation queries.
Customer Onboarding: Main contact for new and large clients.
Software Troubleshooting: Resolve Window Designer and Logikal issues.
Price Updates: Update product prices in software.
Product Improvement: Source upgraded parts.
Customer Solutions: Address customer pain points and improve service.
Technical Materials: Produce technical literature and CAD drawings.
Quotations: Send quotes for complex jobs like curtain walling.
Order Processing: Handle Schuco, corner bifold, and sliding door jobs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical sales or a related role.
Managerial experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in CAD, Window Designer, Logikal, and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to present technical information effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills.
