Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for an Senior Electro-Mechanical Building Services Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in Preston on an initial 12 months contract. The Role

* Reports to the RE&I S Programmes Principal Building Services Engineer.
* Assist or lead the preparation of a range of documents and concept design solutions for projects in support of land, sea, and air operations, personnel training, and production & maintenance facilities throughout the UK and Middle East.
* Work as part of a high performing team to deliver construction / FM projects to ensure the correct Engineering support is applied through the project lifecycle.
* Management and oversight of external design consultants/ specialists as appropriate, inspection of construction works and undertaking surveys of existing infrastructure, writing of technical reports/ papers and presenting findings to others.
* Inspect and report on construction site matters.
* Leadership responsibilities

You

* Degree or HND qualified in a relevant discipline
* Chartered Engineer (or actively working towards)
* NEBOSH or any relevant Health & Safety qualification
* Previous Mechanical Building Services design background
* Ideally you'll have knowledge of Revit
