Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Temp Accounts Payable Specialist for a minimum 2 month period. This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from £14 to £18. ✨ Primary Responsibility:

As a Temp Accounts Payable, you will play a vital role in assisting with all areas of Finance to ensure prompt customer debt collection and timely payment of supplier invoices and employee expenses. Your main responsibilities will include:

📌 Accounts payable (AP) ledger:

Reviewing the AP inbox and sending invoices for approval.
Coding and processing supplier invoices into SAP.
Generating supplier payment runs.
Reconciling supplier statements and addressing any queries.

📌 Employee expenses:

Reviewing employee personal and credit card expenses to validate claims and backup receipts.
Raising queries with employees for missing receipts or invalid claims.
Generating expense payment runs and resolving any employee queries.

This is just an overview of your responsibilities, and you will have the opportunity to take on additional tasks as required. 📋

🔎 Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

🔹 Essential:

GCSEs in Maths and English at C/5 level.
AAT qualified or working towards the qualification.
Previous Accounts experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with SAP or Concur.
