Wind Engineering Manager

Hybrid role - Based in London

£75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus +10% Pension Match + Private Healthcare

Exciting opportunity to join a leading renewable energy company with a global presence, where you will lead the wind engineering function with a team of experts beneath you?

The company is a well-established, global developer and operator of renewable energy projects, including Wind, Solar PV and BESS. They pride themselves on creating an inclusive and multicultural environment that emphasises collaboration and growth within the business.

In this role, you will lead the wind engineering function through all phases of the project life cycle, work collaboratively across the business acting as the central point of expertise and develop your own team.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant discipline and have in-depth knowledge of wind turbines.

The Role
*Providing a centre of wind expertise across operations, procurement and delivery.
*Lead the wind function within engineering.
*Building and leading a team of wind experts.

The Person
*Expert in wind turbines, subsystems and knowledge of suppliers.
*Experience of fatigue modelling, vibration-based condition monitoring and SCADA monitoring software.
*Experience managing a team or excited to take the step into a management role.
