Job Title: Factory / Manufacturing Operative
Location: Denham, Middlesex
Salary: £26,000
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking dedicated Factory / Manufacturing Operatives for their Denham site. You'll perform various finishing operations including vibration deburring, masking, bead blasting, anodizing, and surface preparation for painting. You will be part of a team ensuring the highest quality standards are met, contributing to the successful production of life-saving ejection seats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate barrel tumbling, vibratory finishing, and anodising equipment.
- Prepare metallic surfaces, including masking and jigging.
- Inspect parts and ensure high-quality finishes.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of measuring equipment.
- Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hazardous substances.
- Background in manufacturing/engineering.
