Role Overview:
Our client is seeking dedicated Factory / Manufacturing Operatives for their Denham site. You'll perform various finishing operations including vibration deburring, masking, bead blasting, anodizing, and surface preparation for painting. You will be part of a team ensuring the highest quality standards are met, contributing to the successful production of life-saving ejection seats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate barrel tumbling, vibratory finishing, and anodising equipment.
  • Prepare metallic surfaces, including masking and jigging.
  • Inspect parts and ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Skills & Experience:

  • Basic understanding of measuring equipment.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hazardous substances.
  • Background in manufacturing/engineering.
