Tenancy Support Officer

Our Client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Support Worker to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will provide intensive, wrap-around support to individuals who have recently moved into accommodation, helping them address housing needs and other barriers to community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefit applications, housing sustainment, health, education, employment, and addiction issues.
- Support clients in their homes and provide transportation as needed.
- Liaise with support agencies, residents, community organisations, and charities to develop positive relationships and community cohesion.
- Develop and implement detailed support plans, including risk assessment and management.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with client's policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with people with complex needs.
- Knowledge of housing, mental health, criminal justice, and community care systems.
- Strong IT skills and ability to communicate effectively with a varied audience.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in social care, OT, nursing, probation, or psychology.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Job Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £24,004.50 - £25,818.00 per annum
