Senior Quantity Surveyor l Bespoke Homes l Oxfordshire
This regional residential developer has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to oversee two new developments that have just confirmed to start on site.
The developments consist of two separate sites in Oxfordshire of 76 units and 25 units of high end bespoke houses and apartments. Both will run concurrently and you will be commercially responsible as the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is a great opportunity to join a bespoke homes developer with a large land bank and financial stability to keep building for many years, therefore stable employment.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have residential experience of both houses and apartments with bespoke quality. A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is required and you will ideally live in Berkshire, Oxfordshire of Buckinghamshire as these are the counties this developer operate in.
