Assistant Care Home Manager

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a passionate and dynamic team providing excellent standards of care within a beautiful elderly residential care home in the Uxbridge area.
As the Assistant Manager, your position will be a mix of direct care and supporting the overall management of the care home ensuring the home continues to operate to a high standard. This will include ensuring good staff levels are maintained across the home and overseeing the staff training and development.
We're seeking someone currently working in a supervisory role who is passionate about providing high quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Home Manager in the efficient management of the home.
- Supervising staff and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Providing direct care on a day-to-day basis.
- Reporting directly to the Home Manager or their designated representative.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience in dementia care.
Remuneration:
- c£34,000pa | 40hrs per week
- Alternate weekend working
