Job Title: Employability Team Leader

The Role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Employment Advisors and Employability Tutors, to achieve sustained high performance, profitability and quality of delivery.
- Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
- Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of the company’s strategic objectives and vision.
- Carrying out weekly and monthly performance reviews with staff to ensure overall monthly team targets are met and/or exceeded.
- Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones, reviews and addressing any underperformance with corrective measures.
- Attend external Job Centre and stakeholder meetings to manage and develop relationships, ensuring a candidate referral pipeline is maintained and service levels are achieved.
- Prior experience of leading a high performing team – within employability or recruitment would be an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of the local labour market
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving contractual targets in line with company objectives.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
- Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle
