About the Role:

As a TA, you'll be at the heart of supporting the academic and personal growth of students from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Requirements:

- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate.

- Previous experience in classroom settings is essential.

- Empathy and understanding for students with SEN.

- Flexibility to adapt to different classroom dynamics and collaborate effectively with teachers.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
