Quantity Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for Quantity/Senior Surveyors to help support our client across West London.
You will be responsible for the commercial and surveying responsibilities for large sites, across West London.
- The surveyor will have previous experience within residential and house builds.
- Process subcontract orders, payments and variations, using Excel and group payment system (COINS).
- Evaluate and agree variations and instructions, always aware of budgetary constraints, and ensuring that approval is obtained prior to agreement of variations in excess of the respective allowances
