Senior Project Manager
Location – City of London
Salary – £100,000 - £120,000
My client are a main contractor, based in the city of London and they currently have an exciting new project in place where they are looking for a Senior Project Manager.
They are specialists in delivering high quality residential projects, schemes include hotels, high rise residential and student accomodation.
The role will be based in the City of London.
The project is a 57 storey High rise tower the project will provide 1,000 units and feature a large roof garden.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
- Reporting into a Project Director
- Provide project direction to ensure safe, successful, cost efficient and timely delivered project.
- Effective risk management.
- Provide guidance and personally manage as appropriate risk and client and professional expectations.
- To provide health & safety standards and culture for all asigned projects and take appropriate action where necessary to reduce safety risk.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 Years experience as Senior Project Manager
- Experience working on schemes above £50m
- Relevant Degree or Qualification
- Significant experience of working at Project Manager level.
- Commercial awareness: understanding and ability to make profit whilst retaining relationships and company values.
