Interim Building Surveyor (Planned Capital Works)

One of our long-standing Local Authority clients based in the Surrey is looking for a Capital Planned Works Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially (with a view to extend).
Key Responsibilities:
- National Federation Housing Rates experience (schedule of rates)
- Tender contracts for voids and capital works.
- Responsible for the on-site monitoring, inspection, QA & compliance auditing of major housing capital contracts - including kitchen & bathroom refurbishment, roof renewal programme, major voids
- Go out to specify works, meet engineers and architects, post inspect and get sign off for approval to be paid.
Work Arrangement:
- 5 days per week on site and in office with site millage included.
