Their Chester office houses a dynamic team of 25 professionals, including a dedicated Civils team of 5 members. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for some of the UK's biggest house builders.

 

Role Description:

They are currently seeking a Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their Roads & Sewers Civils department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the design of roads and sewers for residential projects. You will collaborate closely with their experienced civil engineers to enhance your design skills and software knowledge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Design roads and sewers for residential projects.

- Collaborate with a team of four existing civil engineers.

- Utilize software tools such as PDS, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD for design work.

- Ensure projects meet client deadlines and stay within budget.

 

Training and Mentorship:

Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided. Familiarity with PDS, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD is advantageous. Proficiency in general office software like Outlook, Word, and Excel is also beneficial.

 

Personal Requirements:

- Hardworking and conscientious team player.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
