About the Role: TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a vibrant SEN secondary school in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop individualised education plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to provide holistic support to students.
• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and safe learning space.
• Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Primary trained teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of SEN students.
• Possesses an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
