I'm looking for a "Head of Implementation" to join a global SaaS company who've developed a unique enterprise software solution, on a fully remote basis from anywhere in the UK.

In this role you'll manage a small team of Implementation Specialists, who are responsible for the project implementation, configuration and support of their industry-specific software platform for their growing client base.

Your team will work closely with clients and their technical teams to understand requirements, and offer appropriate solutions in-line with the capabilities of your specific software product. They will then manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of the product within the client's environment, and support the client post-implementation through providing end-user training.

You will manage this team on a day-to-day basis, and report directly in the company CTO. This is a brand-new role that has resulted from company growth, making it a brilliant time to join the company as they go from strength-to-strength.

This role could be well-suited to a Software, Applications or SQL professional who is either in a Management role right now, or who is looking to take that next step-up in their career.

Requirements:

• SQL skills including CTEs, UDF, Views and Stored Procedures
• NET skills
• C# skills
• SSIS experience
• Any experience working with ERP systems would be desirable
• Experience leading and mentoring others
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Benefits:

• Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience
• 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension of 5%
