Commercial Manager - Global FMCG Business
Office Based Harlow, Essex.
£75,000 - £85,000 + performance-based incentives
We are looking for a visionary Commercial Manager to drive our client's expansion and revenue growth. You will be the right-hand person to the Managing Director and spearhead new avenues for expansion, taking full ownership of sales, marketing, partnerships and new product development.
- Can you increase turnover by 35% over three years?
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement international expansion strategies.
- Manage brand's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Oversee new product development.
- Build an organizational structure to support revenue growth.
