Our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in West Bromwich. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Duties for the Account Executive will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients' specific needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Cold calling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Conduct regular client reviews to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

The ideal candidate for the Account Executive role will have the following:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar Account Management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably in the [industry/sector]
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
