Role Requirements:

• SEN Experience: Previous engagement with students with Special Educational Needs is vital.
• Empathy and Understanding: Showcase a caring and empathetic approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Flexibility: Adapt to working with different students and tailor support to their individual learning requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teachers and fellow support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Desirable but not Essential:

• Experience with Visually Impaired Students: While familiarity with visually impaired students is beneficial, it's not obligatory. A willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
