Position: Teaching Assistant - SEN
Borough: Croydon
Daily Rate: £85 - 90 per day
Beginning: September 2024
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4pm, school terms only

As a Teaching Assistant you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering their curriculum, with a focus on SEN pupils.
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organization, ensuring accessibility for all pupils.
- Provide one-on-one support to SEN pupils who need additional help.
- Help foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere tailored to the needs of SEN pupils.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for working with children, especially those with SEN.
- Patient, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with SEN pupils.

- Previous Teaching Assistant experience highly desirable
