Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12
Hours: Full-time

This prestigious care home, with an excellent CQC rating, is transitioning into a nursing home with a BRAND-NEW nursing unit. It's a perfect opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead or a Senior Nurse seeking progression to join an innovative provider poised for growth in 2024!
Clinical Lead Role Overview:
The Clinical Lead will support the management of the new 30+ bed nursing unit, making autonomous clinical decisions and promoting high standards of nursing care.
Clinical Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in care delivery, ensuring service effectiveness.
- Train staff and maintain relationships with internal and external professionals.
- Manage medication according to NICE guidance, CQC regulations, and company policy.
- Oversee care planning and assist with CQC notifications.
