We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader, to join an established financial services company in Peterborough!

As a Sales Team Leader within the financial sector, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth.

Type: Full-time, Permanent role
Location: Peterborough
Salary: Basic £35k with OTE £41K
Hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 8pm (8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 12noon to 8pm), with 1 in 3 Satudays

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the company's strategic goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets.
