Our client is a growing manufacturing business looking to appoint an estimator due to a period of growth. They supply to a number of different sectors nationally and are a recognised brand known for their staff retention.

You will be responsible for compiling tenders and working up to half a dozen projects simultaneously. You will be required to recognize logistics, build-ability issues, and provide value engineering solutions.

• Assessment of tender enquiries

• Compiling and issuing subcontract and supplier enquiries

• Assessment and aligning of subcontract quotations

• Calculation of tender cost and pricing of contract preliminaries

• Compiling Contractor's Proposals/Tender Deliverables documents

• Timely submission of tender returns

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to grasp project requirements and constraints

• Meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction
