Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Your Role at Glance:

• Operational Excellence: Maintain full occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and compliancy policies
• Resident Care: Oversee the health and personal care needs of residents, ensuring high standards 
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, conduct training and appraisals, and ensure adequate staffing at all times
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and Care Quality Commission requirements  
• Community Engagement: develop and promote a wide range of activities that make the home an integral part of the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce bi-monthly management reports to review performance 
• Keep the business plan up-to-date and effectively utilized 
• Ensure compliance with all disciplinary procedures and company policies 
• Manage emergency on-call duties as required
• Support staff inductions, appraisals, and supervision
• Maintain excellent relationships with external agencies and attend relevant meetings
